Iron Collective @ 3F – Sunday Session

Join us this Sunday for our next Iron Collective meet at 3F Gym. Last time was a huge success, and we’re keeping that same energy going.

  • 5:00 PM – Arrival & check-in

  • 5:20 – 5:55 PM – Group warm-up

  • Workout Flow:

    • Beginner Endurance Set

    • Intermediate & Advanced Endurance Sets

    • Challenge List (push-ups, dead hang, pyramid, plank)

Each challenge racks up points toward our leader board, with winners earning Iron Collective exclusives.

What makes these sessions special isn’t just the training—it’s the community. Every event brings together people pushing limits, supporting each other, and building something bigger than a workout.
